Shipping & Returns
The Purple Giraffe ships via USPS Priority within the continental United States. Upon fulfillment, the delivery is sent from Wisconsin and can take 2 - 5 business days depending on distance and location. Orders over $80 always ship for free, no code is needed. (If your order is $80+ and you'd like to collect your purchase in our store, please add a note indicating this on your order.) All other orders ship for a flat rate of $7.95.
In Store Pickup Orders
If you'd like to pickup your order in our Oconomowoc store, please add a note during checkout. We'll fulfill your order and contact you when it's ready, typically within 1 business day. (Your order must be picked up within one week of the purchase date unless you make other arrangements with a store employee.) When you pickup your order, you will receive in-store credit equivalent to any shipping charge that you paid. It's just our way of saying a special thank you for our local shoppers!
14 Day Return Policy
The Purple Giraffe will gladly accept returns on all non-sale items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Store credit, representing the cost of items being returned (not including shipping or gift wrap costs) can be used online or in our Wisconsin store. Returned items must be:
- Unworn or unused,
- In the original packaging,
- With all original tags attached, and
- The original receipt must be included
Please note that sale items are always final sale and are excluded from any return process.
To return an item, please circle the item to be returned on the original receipt and mail the item and receipt back to address listed below. The package must be post-marked within 14 days of the date the item was delivered. Returns received after 14 days will not be processed and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please allow 7 business days from the date the return in received, to process the return credit. A gift card will be mailed to you at no expense.
We want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you would like to discuss an exchange, please send an email to email@example.com with Exchange Request in the subject line. Include information regarding your exchange request and the best way to contact you. A manager from the store will contact you within 24 - 48 business hours. All exchange requests are handled on a case by case basis and sale items are exempt from any exchange or return process.
