The Purple Giraffe’s Return Policy

The Purple Giraffe would like you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. Should you find you have a concern with your purchase we hope that you will contact us. We strive for customer satisfaction and will help solve any concerns you may have. Please acquaint yourself with the return policies below.

Refunds

If your purchase was paid with credit/debit your account will be credited. If you purchased with cash you will be given cash amount store credit.

Sale Items 

All sale items are final.

Regular Priced Items

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You must present your receipt with you at time of return/exchange or refund. All items must be in purchased condition. This includes the following: all tags are attached to garment/item, boxes to be unopened and not damaged. Items shall not be worn, opened or played with. Items returned/exchanged must be free and clear of any hair, dander, and distinct odor.

Gift Receipts

If purchasing a gift, please inquire for gift receipt with purchase. Also, please keep in mind refund policy when gifting.
